Note: The kozo lamps are handmade and shipped from Israel, they are manufactured on demand (after you place your order). Please allow 15 days for the manufacturing, shipping & handling.
Refunds and Exchanges:
All of our designs come with a 100% guarantee and get fully checked for functionality and quality before shipping. If the product arrives defected or not similar to the item description it will be replaced.
If there is anything missing in the package, it will be sent to you immediately with no extra charge for shipment.
If you have a question or issue with your order or are unhappy for any reason, please contact us first before you consider returning it - We will be happy to assist you with any question or problem that occurs.
Should you not be satisfied with the product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days after receipt and receive a refund.
